FRIENDS AND LOVERS This brooding tale of mixed relationships is told entirely without dialogue. Body language, facial expressions and lighting set the stage for this journey into the dark corners of forbidden love  .  .  . and lust.	Friends and Lovers was the first production for Chapman University student Neil Hamill. This was also Cameraman, Roderick Stevens' first foray into Black & White photography since his days in films school. "I enjoyed pushing the limits of contrast with the lighting, and then bringing it back with a little bit of atmospheric smoke and a 1/4 Black Pro Mist." comments the D.P.
